Clarity Sprint – Terms of Service

1. Purpose

The Clarity Sprint is a 14-day, fixed-scope discovery engagement designed to give you a complete understanding of your current systems, workflows, and opportunities for automation. The outcome is a clear roadmap, budget, and next steps for implementation — without committing to the full build upfront.

2. Scope & Deliverables

Every Clarity Sprint includes:

• Stakeholder Interviews – Meetings with key decision-makers and subject matter experts to understand goals, pain points, and success criteria.
• Inputs & Outputs Analysis – Documentation of key data sources (inputs) and destinations/reports (outputs).
• Workflow Visualization – Flowcharts and written documentation of current-state processes, highlighting bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Implementation Roadmap & Budget – A high-level project plan, timeline, and Phase 1 Statement of Work for implementation.
• ROI Representation – Estimated time savings, cost reductions, and operational benefits.
• Visual / Experiential Prototype – Light concept visuals, such as wireframes, mockups, or screenshots to communicate potential solutions.

3. Timeline

• The 14-day delivery timeline begins on the date of the kickoff call, not the date of payment.
• The kickoff call will be scheduled immediately after payment is received and will last approximately one hour.
• All identified stakeholders must be available for interviews within the first 7–10 days after kickoff to ensure timely delivery.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is 100% upfront via the provided checkout link or invoice.
• Work will not begin until payment has been received in full.

5. Credit Toward Implementation

If you choose to move forward with implementation after the Clarity Sprint:

• The full amount paid for the Clarity Sprint will be credited toward your implementation budget, provided you approve and sign the implementation agreement within 30 days of the date the budget is submitted to you.
• After 30 days, the credit will expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Example: If implementation is $100,000 and the Clarity Sprint cost was $10,000, the final implementation cost would be reduced to $90,000.

6. Out of Scope

The Clarity Sprint does not include:

• Full production-ready integrations.
• Complete physical database schema for all data sources.
• Custom software builds or replacement of existing platforms.

Any work outside of the defined scope will require a separate agreement.

7. Client Responsibilities

To complete the Clarity Sprint on time, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to relevant systems, data, and stakeholders.
• Attend the kickoff call and scheduled interviews.
• Respond promptly to questions or requests for clarification.

8. Refund Policy

All Clarity Sprint fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If you choose to cancel before the kickoff call, you may request a refund, minus any processing fees.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By completing payment for the Clarity Sprint, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
